Edward holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.

Preetesh is a management consultant and technology expert with over 6 years of experience driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives at global corporations. He began his career at Cisco Systems, where he managed the development and delivery of smart manufacturing solutions. By spearheading the global synchronisation of smart manufacturing platforms, Preetesh enabled significant cost savings through operational efficiency.

Most recently, Preetesh worked as a consultant supporting executive leadership across industries, including technology, financial services, and not-for-profit. He led market research, performed statistical analyses, and identified strategic partnerships to enable successful market entry strategies. Preetesh also created valuation models for sustainable investment products and supported the development of go-to-market plans.

With an MBA from the University of Manchester, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering, Preetesh brings a data-driven yet pragmatic approach to consulting projects. He leverages his expertise in data analytics, machine learning and technology to drive organisational transformation and inform executive decisions. Preetesh is passionate about innovation and holds certifications in leadership and communication. In his free time, Preetesh enjoys reading on current geo-political affairs, and watching Formula 1 and cricket.

Catherine has held multiple roles within the people profession and in various industries ranging from IT to recruitment and fire safety. Before moving into HR, she had a career in general management where she managed commercial sales, operations and coached and mentored large teams. Her background has helped inform and shape her approach to human resources and she is passionate about doing HR differently and creating the right environment where people and therefore companies,  can flourish.

Key strength areas include talent acquisition, employee engagement and performance management with each element being very much driven by a focus to create a great experience.

Sarbo has 15 years of work experience across a variety of fields, including nearly a decade in capital markets and payments. He began his career in energy risk management consulting, before moving to capital markets product control within two of the world’s leading investment banks. Over time, he evolved into a trusted internal risk systems optimisation expert. He has also worked at a tech startup as an offshore engineer, managed his own projects as a consultant, and built out streamlined data and risk solutions for clients across the financial services industry.

Sarbo’s expertise is primarily in financial services, data analytics, and software development. With a BSc in Mathematics & Economics, an MA in Mathematical Finance, and an MBA, he brings a hands-on, pragmatic, data-driven approach to business situations of all sizes and across industries. He particularly enjoys understanding the design and strategy of a business, seeing how its processes align with that basic design, and designing improvements and efficiencies.

He is also keenly interested in the latest developments in disruptive, innovative payment processes. During Sarbo’s MBA, he led a consulting engagement for one of the world’s largest payments companies to understand the market size and growth potential for consumer payments using stablecoins. He is the lead author of the public version of the resulting paper and report, which is the first in the world that comprehensively defines the possibilities for consumer use-cases of stablecoins.

Tristan has a professional background in asset management, multi-disciplinary engineering, and construction (including management leadership), across the Transport, Utilities, and Financial Services sectors. He has further experience in strategy, operating model design, and digital transformation.

He brings a holistic view to a project, combining big-picture strategic thinking with a detailed and practical understanding of real-world situations.

Tristan holds an MBA and a First-Class MEng degree in Civil Engineering.

Pav is a dedicated consultant with over four years of experience in management consulting, accounting and auditing, primarily serving clients in the financial services sector.

He has a successful track record in delivering in projects across Procurement, Sustainability and Operating Model design. Leveraging a combination of his technical skills and financial acumen, he is able to assist his clients to tackle complex issues and achieve tangible results.

Pav holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Surrey.

Abhishek is a Specialist Physician turned Management Consultant, with over 7 years of work experience in the public healthcare sector in India. He has successfully led large teams across geographies amidst highly complex and challenging environments of COVID and paediatric epidemic crises.

He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Clinical Biochemistry from prestigious medical schools in India. He also holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, with concentrations in Strategy, Technology, and Entrepreneurship.

In addition to his medical work, he has also juggled being an Entrepreneur and Strategy Consultant to health-tech start-ups in an accelerator programme. Combining his previous experience in healthcare and his business acumen, his vision is to help solve the most complex problems plaguing the healthcare industry across the world.

As an experienced Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Transformation leader, for the last 20 years, Stephane has been helping clients take their procurement organisation to the next level.

He has delivered major engagements across the world, helping clients, to improve their bottom line while optimising value from their supply base. Stephane helps mitigate supply risks in this ever-growing word of uncertainty and align procurement strategies to business imperatives (sustainability, profitability, operational excellence, etc.)

She has almost 20 year’s experience in the FMCG sector as a Production Planning Manager, having also held positions within Finance and Technical.
