• Support workstreams within procurement and supply chain engagements, category deep-dives, spend analysis, sourcing waves, supplier performance reviews
• Analyse spend, contract, and supplier data to find savings, risks, and ways to improve
• Build category insight, market dynamics, supply base, cost drivers, benchmark pricing, negotiation levers and turn it into recommendations clients can act on
• Write the reports and briefing papers that go to senior client stakeholders
• Work alongside category managers, finance teams, and the business day to day
• Contribute to our thought leadership, articles, posts, the occasional point of view piece

• Two years of business experience, some of it in UK consulting or a respected in-house procurement function
• A procurement base, sourcing, category, or contract work
• Sharp with data. Excel as a given. Python or SQL a plus
• Comfortable adapting across sectors, spend categories, and levels of procurement maturity
• As a Consultant you would also be prepared to work across our practice

• A degree in STEM, Accountancy, or Business
• Experience across more than one sector

• Lead defined workstreams within complex client engagements across Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing & Engineering
• Deliver work to agreed objectives, scope, and performance measures
• Spot delivery, productivity, or performance issues and develop actions to address them
• Plan and run workshops and working sessions that drive alignment and decisions
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative information to find risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Develop evidence-based recommendations clients can actually implement
• Present findings and recommendations to client teams and leadership
• Work with client stakeholders across roles and levels of seniority
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to junior team members

• At least 5 years experience in UK consultancy
• Proven ability to lead defined workstreams and build trusted client relationships
• Skilled at identifying performance issues and turning analysis into practical actions with an ability to cut through ambiguity

• Experience across more than one of Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing & Engineering
• MBA or other postgraduate qualification
• Advanced data analysis or visualisation capability (e.g. Power Query, Power BI)
• Experience contributing to proposals, bids, or business development activity

• Lead delivery of defined workstreams, objectives, KPIs, deliverables, all yours to hit
• Diagnose delivery issues and turn ambiguity into executable plans
• Translate analysis into decision-ready insight, not slides full of hedging
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, the kind that lead to repeat work
• Work across leadership, delivery teams, and operational teams inside the client organisation
• Contribute to account development and spot expansion opportunities
• Support proposals, business cases, and value propositions
• Lead and mentor junior consultants. Set the bar on quality
• Contribute to internal initiatives and thought leadership

• 6+ years in UK consulting, with evidenced project and workstream leadership
• Deep sector experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing & Engineering
• Proven ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable insight
• Hands-on experience on major transformation programmes

• MBA or other postgraduate qualification
• Advanced data analysis or visualisation capability (e.g. Power Query, Power BI)
