How we select our team

We have found that having a good level of numeracy is important for our consultancy roles. You will be emailed a link for a timed test. We look for a 50% pass mark

You will meet one of our Consultants at this stage. This is an opportunity to understand more about your aspirations, how you like to work and what you can add to our team. Similarly, you can find out what its like to be part of our consultancy.

Carry out a case study in real time; and showcase your current and potential skills for consultancy.

This is the final interview stage and you will meet one of our Partners.

We aim to come back to you with an offer within 48 hours of your interview with a Partner.


The experience of our candidates is fundamental. We provide feedback to you after each stage and we ask that you kindly complete a very brief 2 minute survey to let us know how your experience was.
