We’re looking for a number of senior consultants to join our team. Having grown our client base, strengthened our sector offerings and rebranded, we’re now expanding our team. Our head office is in Mayfair, London, however, we are currently working remotely, with in-office days limited.

Our team of consultants work collaboratively with clients to solve complex business problems and deliver tangible improvements. Our specialisms include strategic growth, data-driven decision making, digital transformation, performance improvement and operational effectiveness, organisation design and sales optimisation.

Collaboration is at the heart of Curzon Consulting and is evident from our approach to client engagements to our internal culture. We get together regularly to share experiences and learn from each other, albeit virtually via Teams more recently.

About the role

  • Deliver and lead on various project workstreams using effective project management methodologies
  • Planning and delivering project research, analysis and recommendations in the form of deliverables, client meetings and workshops
  • Running client meetings and facilitating project workshops between stakeholder groups
  • Use strong data analysis skills to manipulate data and present this in an accessible and compelling format for stakeholders at all levels to buy in to 
  • Apply an analytical perspective to business needs in order to adequately advise clients 
  • Keeping up-to-date on relevant market trends, industry news and technical tools that are relevant to key sectors 
  • Participate in writing articles and content for the company’s website/selected social media
  • Contribute to developing the company’s set of tools and methodologies
  • Contribute to proposals and bids and pitch materials
  • Coach and mentor more junior members of the team
  • Play an active role in the development and growth of the firm through various practice development activities

What we’re looking for

  • Degree in Business or Accountancy
  • An MBA from an internationally recognised Business School (preferable)
  • Minimum 5 years consulting experience, preferably gained within a consultancy company
  • Core Consulting Skills
  • Knowledge of standard consulting methodology and toolkit
  • Experience in advanced analytics and visualisation tools (Tableau etc)
  • Developed proven track record in a specialism
  • People and change management experience 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Good project management methodology knowledge
  • A flair for business development and sales
  • Willingness to work on client site 5 days a week, pandemic allowing

As a Managing Consultant, you will help solve our clients’ problems by delivering long term tangible results through strategy, operational and digital transformation.

What we need to see from you

  • You will have had a of minimum of six years’ experience as a generalist consultant or in industry having worked across numerous sectors demonstrating;
  • client relationship management (clients with over £100M turnover),
  • new business development,
  • complex business analysis and overall, a clear sense that you care about making strategy happen.
  • At least two years of Senior Management experience
  • An MBA is desirable however it is not necessary

Practical Requirements

  • A flexible working week may involve attending client sites, the London office and from home.
  • Salary from £77k gross per annum + competitive package
