Your Impact:
- Seamless Delivery & Excellent Influencer: successfully deliver end to end on client projects, showing both a strategic and ‘hands on’ approach with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Outstanding Client Relationship Management: establish and maintain buy-in from Clients in terms of methodology, findings, change design, business case and implementation plan and completion.
- Business Development Flair: identify business opportunities carrying them through to close.

Skills & Experience that tend to work in this role:
- Experience in managing annual revenue between £1m – £2m fee income and have contributed from £750k upwards in account extension and new sales opportunities.
- Demonstrable track record of strategy or transformation consulting project delivery in one or more of these subsectors in UK: Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, General Insurance, Life & Protection, Wealth & Retirement.
- Has a network of client-side contacts at exec level or at least senior management team level in one or more of these subsectors.
- 3-5 years minimum management consultancy experience.

As a Managing Consultant, you will help solve our clients’ problems by delivering long term tangible results through strategy, operational and digital transformation.

What we need to see from you
- You will have had a of minimum of six years’ experience as a generalist consultant or in industry having worked across numerous sectors demonstrating;
- client relationship management (clients with over £100M turnover),
- new business development,
- complex business analysis and overall, a clear sense that you care about making strategy happen.
- At least two years of Senior Management experience
- An MBA is desirable however it is not necessary
