In your first 6–12 months you can expect:

Take end-to-end ownership of major Infrastructure engagements, from problem definition through to measurable outcomes
As a senior leader within the firm, you’ll mentor consultants and shape how Curzon partners with Infrastructure clients
You’ll bring significant experience delivering strategy or transformation programmes across Infrastructure, Utilities, Transport, Energy, or Major Projects
Direct involvement in practice growth, including proposition development, thought leadership and priority accounts

Significant experience delivering strategy or transformation programmes within Infrastructure, Utilities, Transport, Energy or Major Projects environments
Demonstrable commercial capability: scoping, pricing, margin management and account growth
Ability to diagnose complex performance issues and translate them into practical, implementable change
Demonstrable delivery of complex strategy or transformation engagements in Infrastructure or adjacent sectors
7 years minimum experience in UK consulting

You’ll lead workstreams, not just deliver them. You’ll manage client relationships, and shape delivery – not simply execute instructions.

You’ll work directly with Principals and Partners on work that goes beyond a typical Managing Consultant role.

What You'll Do

Taking ownership of high-impact delivery workstreams and using a specialist productivity methodology to shape best in class delivery.

You’ll lead key parts of complex client engagements, translating sharp analysis into practical actions that help clients make the right decisions, fast. You’ll build a reputation for delivering results that matter, and over time, developing expertise in other areas of infrastructure as well as sectors such as energy, manufacturing, healthcare and more.

What you'll do

Lead procurement and strategic sourcing workstreams, delivering cost savings, cash benefits and commercial efficiencies
You’ll plan and run sourcing activities, from RFI to supplier selection, and identify opportunities across cost reduction, demand management, supplier optimisation and contract improvement
You’ll be managing opportunity assessments, procurement maturity and organisation review, procurement cost optimisation and transformation programmes
Use data-driven insight to identify opportunities through spend analysis, market assessment and stakeholder engagement
You’ll build evidence-based recommendations that stand up to scrutiny and present findings in a clear and practical way
