Environment
Transport
As management consultants, we are conscious of the impact of travel on the environment. To reduce our impact on the environment when travelling to client sites and our office, we use public transport 90% of the time.
Recycling and reducing single-use plastic
We also discourage single-use plastic by providing our consultants with reusable bottles. Our aim is to use 75% recycled plastic by 2022.
Digital first
As an organisation, we are digital-first. This means we store all files in the cloud to reduce printing. Over the last two years we have reduced our printing by 50% and intend to reduce it by 80% by the end of 2021.
Helping our clients to achieve net zero
Curzon has set targets to reduce carbon emissions on a per-employee basis by 25%. We also help our clients to define carbon net zero strategies.
People
Our strength is our people. We aim to provide an inclusive work environment that brings out the best in our people. This includes a focus on diversity & inclusion, mental and physical wellbeing.

Curzon is committed to the well-being of our people. We provide free support services to all of our employees and their household, accessible through phone, app or online portal. These services include financial wellbeing, mental wellbeing and physical wellbeing services.

We have a zero tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery as defined under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are committed to act ethically in all our business dealings and implement controls to ensure modern slavery does not take place in our own business or anywhere in our supply chain.
