HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead various stages of the project life cycle, including planning, delivery, governance, reporting, and financial management, with support
- Manage stakeholder relationships within client engagements to enable the successful delivery of project objectives
- Lead research on companies, industries, and market trends, producing insightful reports and briefing papers for client engagements
- Develop our thought leadership, authoring articles and content for our website and socials
- Stay informed on relevant market trends, industry developments, and tools affecting key client sectors
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience with some being in UK consulting
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of helping to design the strategy as well as making it happen
STAND OUT EXPERTISE
- A degree in STEM, Accountancy or Business
- Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL)
SENIOR CONSULTANT ROLE
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Deliver defined workstreams across complex client engagements
Diagnose delivery issues, translating analysis into practical actions and support client decision making
The role focuses first on UK capital projects with scope to work in other sectors over time

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Client Delivery
- Lead defined workstreams within complex client engagements, including major capital projects
- Deliver work to agreed objectives, scope, and performance measures
- Identify delivery, productivity, or performance issues and develop actions to address them
- Plan and run workshops as well as structured working sessions to support alignment and decisions
Analysis and Insight
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative information to identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Develop evidence-based recommendations for practical implementation
- Present findings and recommendations to client teams and leadership
Client Engagement
- Work with client stakeholders at different levels to support delivery and decisions
- Maintain oversight of progress, risks, and dependencies across assigned areas of work
Innovation and Adaptability
- Apply appropriate tools, methods, and industry practices to client challenges
- Adapt approaches to suit different sectors, project environments, and constraints
People
- Provide day-to-day direction & coaching to team members ensuring work meets the required standard
ABOUT YOU
- You have at least 5 years experience delivering work in UK consultancy
- You are comfortable owning defined areas of work within complex projects
- You build trusted relationships across various roles and levels of seniority that result in sustained client satisfaction
- You can identify delivery or performance issues and turn analysis into practical action
- You have experience working on capital projects, such as transport infrastructure or major construction
STAND OUT EXPERTISE

- Direct experience with regular onsite presence on major construction projects
- MBA or other postgraduate qualification
- Advanced data analysis or visualisation capability (e.g. Power Query, Power BI)

MANAGING CONSULTANT ROLE
MANAGING CONSULTANT
This role is for high-performing Managing Consultants who want greater responsibility, direct client exposure, and a clear route to senior leadership.
Managing Consultants are trusted to lead major workstreams, manage senior client relationships, and shape delivery – not simply execute instructions. You will work directly with Principals and Partners on complex Infrastructure engagements, with exposure and accountability well beyond a typical Managing Consultant role.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Deliver measurable outcomes
- Lead delivery of defined workstreams, ensuring objectives, KPIs, and deliverables are met
- Translate analysis into decision-ready insights and practical actions
- Diagnose delivery issues and convert ambiguity into executable plans

- Establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Work effectively with leadership, delivery teams, contractors, and engineers
- Deliver evidence-based recommendations that secure buy-in

- Lead and mentor junior consultants

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE IN YOUR FIRST 6-12 MONTHS
- Ownership of major delivery workstreams on Infrastructure transformation and capital programmes, with accountability for outcomes
- Direct exposure to senior client stakeholders, including programme sponsors and executive leadership
- Early involvement in business development, including proposal development and account growth
- Opportunities to lead and mentor junior consultants
- Close collaboration with Principals and Partners
ABOUT YOU
- Evidenced project and workstream leadership experience within UK consulting
- Proven ability to translate analysis into clear insights
- Experience delivering work for Infrastructure, Utilities, Industrials, or engineering-led organisations
- Hands-on experience on major capital programmes
- 6+ years experience in UK consulting

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT ROLE
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
As a Principal Consultant within our Infrastructure practice, you will play a senior leadership role across client delivery, commercial ownership, and practice growth. This is a Partner-track position for an experienced consultant seeking greater influence, autonomy, and responsibility within a fast-growing Infrastructure capability.
Infrastructure is a strategic growth priority for us. As a Principal joining at this stage, you will lead complex, high-profile engagements, shape propositions and go-to-market focus, and operate as a trusted advisor to senior Infrastructure stakeholders.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead complex strategy and transformation engagements across Infrastructure, Utilities, Transport, Energy, and Major Projects environments
- Take end-to-end ownership of engagements, from problem definition through to delivery of sustainable, measurable outcomes
- Drive stakeholder alignment and oversee delivery against agreed KPIs and milestones
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with senior asset owners, operators, and executive stakeholders
- Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts through value-led engagement
- Originate and grow client relationships, typically generating £750k–£1m+ p.a.
- Lead the development of compelling proposals and pitches aligned to our Infrastructure propositions
- Shape and articulate go-to-market focus within priority Infrastructure subsectors
- Mentor and develop consultants, building high-performing, inclusive teams
- Be a senior leader within the firm, influencing how we work with our Infrastructure clients
WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE IN YOUR FIRST 6-12 MONTHS
- Take end-to-end ownership of major Infrastructure engagements, from problem definition through to measurable outcomes
- As a senior leader within the firm, you’ll mentor consultants and shape how Curzon partners with Infrastructure clients
- You’ll bring significant experience delivering strategy or transformation programmes across Infrastructure, Utilities, Transport, Energy, or Major Projects
- Direct involvement in practice growth, including proposition development, thought leadership and priority accounts
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 7 years experience in UK consulting
- Demonstrable delivery of complex strategy or transformation engagements within Infrastructure or adjacent sectors
- Evidenced commercial capability, including scoping, pricing, margin management, and account growth
- Experience managing significant fee income, with a track record of £750k+ account growth or new sales contribution
