  • Individual introduction sessions & brainstorming workshops
  • Re-iterate key messages, ensure understanding
  • Align on expectations
  • Discuss potential impact and benefits (what does success look like for them)
  • Generate ideas and hypothesis
  • Understand current pain-points and concerns

Updating on progress and resolving issues
